Refund policy
We offer a 90-day return policy. This means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For returns where the product is not defective, damaged, or incorrect — for example, if you changed your mind, ordered by mistake, or no longer need the item — the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@infinity-shield.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
